4. We set up the final details of the sale and forward the buyer a order confirmation.
5. The buyer makes the payment.
6. We ship the product(s) to the buyer.
7. The buyer will receive the package in 2-14 days based on the final shipping address.
8. You will receive always an invoice.
9. If you prefer pickup @ shop, always make an appointment before visiting us.
10. If you are buying for a company don't forget to mention your TVA number.
11. All prices menttioned on the website are including 21% TVA.
12. If you are a NON-European buyer and we have to ship the products OUTSIDE the European Union
you don't have to pay TVA and have to subtract the TVA by dividing the PRICE by 1.21.
13. You receive always a tracking number when the products are left the building.
