The Thesis Alpha preamplifier features two analog line inputs and four digital inputs (S / PDIF - RCA, S / PDIF - BNC, Toslink and USB). A dual set of variable outputs allows bi-amping. The third set with fixed or variable outputs can be used for controlling a subwoofer or a recording device. The Thesis Alpha features a motorized Alps Blue Velvet volume control and comes with an IR remote control for source selection, volume and mute. The built-in DAC and USB modules are modular and therefore updates are possible with future developments.
